Allows menu prices to be entered for only what is ordered, rather than being charged per person, which assumes all will have three courses.
We find this allows a broader menu offering and possible menu savings overall.
For Example, see the following sample menu. The least amount for three courses being $26.00 and the highest amount $42.50. The salads offered on this menu are half portions. Keep in mind many do not eat a first course or dessert and so the amount charged is for only what is ordered.
